  • Why should I choose your company for my project?
    AIPR workers are highly skilled, reliable and professional. We take pride in every job that we do, in hopes of earning your respect, repeat business and word of mouth recommendations. We are affordable for all budgets but do advise clients/potential clients to be leery of those who offer you work at extremely low prices. In this industry, extremely low prices can also mean extremely low quality. This can include using the cheapest, least durable materials, or skipping over the "seemingly minor" details that may make a significant difference for you later on down the road. AIPR guarantee to never be the highest priced. And while we may not always be the lowest priced, we will always be the fairest priced, and our craftsmanship will undoubtedly be top of the line!
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of signing a contract with us. However, the deposit is credited towards your remaining balance that will be collected upon job completion.
  • Why do you require a deposit & how do I know if I can trust you?
    Most reputable contractors require a deposit. This is not a scheme, but a way to cover initial costs leading up to starting your job. Some of these costs include: reserving/securing your spot on the roster; ordering/purchasing materials; securing necessary equipment, etc. Additionally, a deposit is a "meeting of the middle" so to speak. It provides the company with some peace of mind that the client will uphold their end of the bargain upon job completion. For the client, it should provide some peace of mind that the company has received only a small percentage up front, which means that the larger remaining balance won't be required until after job completion. Simply put, trust is a two way street. We have to trust that our clients will compensate us for our work, just as our clients have to trust that we will complete the work that we agree upon. Just remember that AIPR want to earn your respect, repeat business, and word of mouth recommendations...not just your money!
  • When should I apply for financing?
    1) You can either get pre-approved for financing by clicking the "finance" tab on our website & filling out the application. 2) You may also apply for financing after receiving your estimate from an AIPR salesman.
  • How high are the interest rates?
    Several key factors will determine your personal interest rates (credit score, credit history, income, debt to income ratio, etc.). However, what matters most is being able to afford your monthly payments. This is key because as long as you can afford your payments, you will have peace of mind knowing that you can always pay some, or all, of your loan off early (to reduce or even eliminate any interest), with no prepayment penalties.
  • Are there any hidden costs/fees after price agreement?
    Absolutely not! AIPR offers complete price transparency and whatever is agreed upon, which will be stated on the contract, is what we will adhere to. However, if you should have any additional work that you need for us to complete (not listed on the contract), please let us know immediately and we will discuss additional costs, estimated time completion, etc.
  • Do you offer any guarantees/warranties?
    Most of our services are backed by a one year warranty on labor. However, please direct any warranty questions/concerns, for your specific project(s), with your salesperson prior to signing your contract.
  • Where is your company located?
    Our headquarters are located in Stockbridge, GA. However, we have been servicing Augusta (and surrounding areas), as well as the Atlanta area for over 25 years.
  • How long have you been in business?
    We have been in the restoration/remodeling business for over 25 years.
  • What are gift vouchers?
    A gift voucher is just like a gift certificate. When you purchase an AIPR gift voucher for a friend or a relative, you will be giving them the gift of property restoration. The face value of the purchased gift voucher will be credited towards the total cost of service at the time of the customer signing a work agreement/contract. Gift vouchers make the perfect birthday, holiday, housewarming, wedding, or just because gift. Gift someone a "gift voucher" today, it is truly the gift that keeps on giving!
  • How do the gift vouchers work?
    A gift voucher from AIPR acts just like a gift certificate. When you purchase a gift voucher from AIPR, the face value of the purchased gift voucher will be credited towards the total cost of service (at the time of signing a work agreement/contract). HOW IT WORKS: 1) Purchase as many gift vouchers as you'd like. 2) We will mail you the gift voucher(s) through USPS Certified Mail with required signature confirmation (if you are unavailable to sign at the time of delivery, you will need to pickup from your local post office). **Also, please note that your billing & mailing address MUST match, otherwise your order will be canceled** 3) Once you receive your voucher(s), you can either: a) Hand deliver to your recipient. b) Mail to your recipient. c) Scan & email to your recipient. d) Take a picture & text/email to your recipient. 4) Gift vouchers do not expire. So whenever the recipient/customer is ready to schedule any service(s) with AIPR & sign a work agreement/contract, they will need to provide their AIPR salesman with the validation code that will be printed on the bottom of their gift voucher(s). **PLEASE NOTE THAT GIFT VOUCHERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & WILL NOT STAND IN LIEU OF ANY REQUIRED DEPOSITS**
  • Can you provide references?
    Absolutely! Upon request, we can provide references for jobs that we have completed. In many cases, our references can be provided by your neighbors and those within your community, being that we have many happy clients in various local areas.
  • How can you explain any negative reviews?
    There will always be two sides to every story, but our reputation speaks for itself. We have been in business since 1995 with minimum complaints. And while we always strive for 100% customer satisfaction, there are times when every business will encounter a challenge. However, we will always strive to resolve any challenges in the fairest, most professional way.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Please note that there is a 2.5% credit card processing fee.
